		<description>hi toots. I started up a blog (http://oaiv.wordpress.com) where our fellow bloggers based in singapore can weigh in regarding the planned internet voting to be used in Singapore in 2007. I hope you can help spread the word because the COAV really wants on-the-ground input on this.

I&#039;m going to SG on the 3rd, February, so I&#039;m also trying to set up a meeting with bloggers there. Maybe they can help with information dissemination.
