P.S. According to Meralco, more than 1,500 electric posts, lines, and equipment were destroyed by Milenyo thus accounting for the brown-outs in some parts of the metropolis/other service areas. Altogether now…O, Ilaw….o, ilaw…sa gabing madilim….:-)
